Eligibility Criteria:

Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Residency:
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Must produce a PRC issued in Assam for educational purposes or an Employment Exchange Registration certificate as proof of residency.
Educational Qualification:
- A degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized university in Assam.
- OR H.S.S.L.C with a 3-year Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute of the Govt. of Assam/Govt. of India and duly recognized by AICTE.

Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 and 38 years of age as on 01/01/2024.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
